Iraq – Just who is the enemy? (December 16, 1998)

Dear Editor:
Bill Clinton has finally done it. That draft dodger is now hiding behind the military by attacking Iraq. In a desperate and bold move, he is now risking American lives for the sole purpose of delaying or even preventing being impeached.
If Clinton had had any decency at all, he would have resigned months ago. Rather than retaining some shred of honor, he has done everything (short of nuclear war) to put his political interests above even the very lives of Americans.
Bill Clinton has always done and will always do what is in the best interests of Bill Clinton: And the rest of the world be damned.
We must continue to pursue the removal of two powerful enemies. Both Saddam Hussein and Bill Clinton are the enemies of the American people.
The bombing of Iraq and the Clinton impeachment proceedings must continue until both nemeses are defeated.
