The Becker Report – August 2026

Beckerisms

Becker Joins the Democrat Socialists of America (DSA) and Announces for President!

Okay, this section is entirely tongue-in-cheek satire. (Rush Limbaugh frequently used absurdity to illustrate absurdity.)

John Becker’s DSA Platform
“Free” government healthcare for all.
“Free” government housing [projects] for all. “Free” rent. No evictions.
“Free” government transportation for all.
“Free” government food for all.
“Free” government childcare for all. Family and sick leave for all.
“Free” government cell phones for all.
“Free” government education for all. Cancel all college debt.
Government jobs for all.
Reparations for all (except White people).
Nationalize businesses and utilities.
Tax the rich.
Abolish property taxes.
Redistribute the wealth.
Universal Basic Income (UBI).
Reduce the 40-hour work week to 32-hours.
Green New Deal.
Woke 1 and Woke 2.
Eliminate the Electoral College.
Eliminate the Senate.
Eliminate the Supreme Court.
Eliminate capitalism and capitalists starting with the billionaires and millionaires.
Eliminate prisons.
Eliminate all foreign aid starting with Israel. Let them twist in the wind.
Free Palestine from the river to the sea.
Amnesty and citizenship for all illegal aliens.
Open borders.
Defund the police, ICE, and the military.
(Did I miss anything? Regardless, it’s a good start.)
(Virtually all of the above is part of the official DSA platform or position statements of DSA candidates.)

My People
Nate Silver did the research. The DSA sweet spot is highly educated, downwardly mobile people. Fox Business summed it up here: Stuart Varney: Socialism won’t reverse downward mobility.

Becker Wins!!!
Upon taking office, my first order of business will be to suspend the Constitution, declare martial law, and enact the DSA agenda (including the heretofore non-public parts). This will all be in the name of reducing costs, increasing government efficiency, and public safety.

Reorganization
The United States of America will be renamed the “Democratic Empire of Absolute Totalitarian Harmony” (DEATH).

The do-nothing House and Senate will be replaced with the “Homeland of Egalitarian Legislative League” (HELL). I will appoint members who shall pledge their allegiance to the State.

The Supreme Court will also be abolished.

Rather than continue the Office of the Presidency, I will assume the position of the “Democratic Overlord of the Oppressed Masses” (DOOM) and will be the supreme leader of DEATH.

The White House will be rechristened the “People’s Imperial Throne” (PIT). It will sit at the gates of HELL and be the armPIT of DOOM and DEATH.

My top cabinet officials and advisors will include the likes of Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC), Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Zohran Mamdani, Hasan Piker, Abdul El-Sayed, and Angie Nixon.

Military, Security, and Law Enforcement
Consistent with the DSA platform (including the non-public parts), I will repurpose the military and police agencies. Many will be abolished including but not limited to ICE, FBI, DOJ, BATF, and all state and local police and constables.

The TSA will be terminated under my “right to fly” initiative. The CIA, NSA, Homeland Security, and the Secret Service will also be eliminated. All of these departments and agencies will be replaced with a new massive Secret Police force. They, of course, will have unlimited enforcement powers and will be accountable only to DOOM.

Economic Policy
In the name of fairness and equality, billionaires and millionaires will be eliminated and their wealth confiscated by the State. Nobody needs more than $100,000 per year. That will also be the Universal Basic Income (UBI) for all residents. A 100 percent tax will be imposed beginning at $100,001.

The federal minimum wage will be $60 per hour and the work week will be 32 hours.

Property taxes will be abolished along with private ownership of any property. All property will belong to the State.

Capitalism is the biggest threat to DOOM and DEATH. Therefore, State indoctrination must occur at the youngest ages. Lemonade stands, bake sales, farmers markets, state and county fairs will all be eliminated. The State cannot tolerate 4-H kids (or anybody) believing they could be the next Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, or Bill Gates et al.

Public Safety
The secret police force of DOOM and DEATH will have absolute power.
Facial recognition cameras and microphones will be everywhere.
Prisons will be converted into reeducation camps.
Houses of worship will practice a State approved religion and serve as reeducation facilities for DOOM and DEATH.
All firearms will be confiscated. They are dangerous, a threat to DOOM and DEATH, and nobody needs one.
Execution squads will be dispatched when reeducation and rehabilitation fails.
Compassion will be extended to the condemned (capitalists, criminals, and dissidents). They will be offered multiple humane choices such as death by guillotine, death by firing squad, death by lethal injection, death by hanging, death by electrocution, and other State approved methods of execution.

John Becker’s trash talk in Union Township

Keep our community clean. Please don’t litter.
Every Day is Earth Day in Union Township.
Let’s Make Union Township Clean Again.
Union Township messaging will hopefully bring awareness to the litter problem and make our community a cleaner place to live, work, and play.
John Becker’s gearhead trash talk video (6 minutes)

The following is where I’ve been picking up trash (servant leadership):
2026 Activity
June 21 – I worked Rumpke Road from Fox Creek to Old SR 74, continued along Old SR 74 from the creek to Eastgate Boulevard, a short section of Eastgate Boulevard as far as Office Max, and Aicholtz Road from the Civic Center to Mt. Carmel Tobasco Road.
April 25 – As usual, I started at the bottom of Rumpke Road and worked Old SR 74 from beyond Eastgate Boulevard to the creek.
From there I worked both sides of Aicholtz Road from the Civic Center to Glen Este Withamsville Road, including the roundabouts.
April 11 – Old SR 74 from Glen Este Withamsville Road to the I-275 overpass. Additionally, I did the bottom of Rumpke Road from Fox Creek down to Old SR 74.
March 14 – I worked my usual area along Rumpke Road from Fox Creek to Old SR 74. From there, I worked Old SR 74 to the creek and back up to Eastgate Boulevard.
Feeling ambitious, I then tackled Eastgate Boulevard all the way to Aicholtz Road. I also worked the ODOT areas inside the entrance ramp loops to SR 32.
February 21 – The bottom of Rumpke Road from Fox Creek to Old SR 74, and from Eastgate Boulevard to a little east of the creek below Rumpke Road.

2025 and 2024 activity can be found in the December 2025 edition of The Becker Report.
