What I would add to the US Bill of Rights:
No one shall be denied the right to life, liberty, or property without due process of law. This right applies to all persons born and unborn. This Amendment shall apply to all human beings from the moment of fertilization.
The word “Congress” in the First Amendment is to be taken literally. “Congress shall make no law…” This Amendment does not apply to the states. The states shall remain free to govern themselves regarding, religion, speech, the press etc.
In the Second Amendment: “the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed” is to be taken literally as an individual right.
